A tuxedo understands this moment. It does not shout. It simply arrives, sharp and certain, and the room adjusts around it.
II. Black Tie
Confidence is a decision.
Black tie is not about the clothes. It is about deciding, before you leave the house, that tonight you will be seen. The bow tie straightened. The cuff turned once more.
The last detail is the one nobody sees, and everybody notices. That last detail is scent.
