Terms

  1. The guarantee is a scent swap only. It is never a cash refund.
  2. One claim per customer, per phone number, and per address.
  3. The swap is for one 50ml bottle of a different scent, not the same scent.
  4. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. Late claims cannot be accepted.
  5. Orders that were refused, cancelled, or not paid in full are not eligible.
  6. MAGNETIC BY ZEE may decline any claim that appears to abuse this guarantee.
